Chi's Third Birthday

I couldn't let Chi's birthday go by without a post.  He officially turned three years old on December 12th.  This was a long awaited birthday because he just couldn't wait until he was the same age as his sister. He has rubbed it in numerous times telling her she is now the baby and he is big!  He chose 'Cars' as the theme.  This is very fitting as he is always running around the house making race car noises and pushing trucks and tractors everywhere. Chi is the most exhuberant child I know.  He just had to get on the table for a closer look at the cake and ended up doing a tribal birthday dance landing his foot right on top of Lighning McQueen.  Lucky for us he wanted to eat that piece. lol   My mom and dad came over and we just had a family time.  I only got one serious pose out of him all evening and it's down there.  I am not good with this new posting method.  The one with his chin up is because he thinks every time I say raise your chin up for a picture he is supposed to look at the ceiling.  I got lots of pictures of his neck!  The one where he is holding up three fingers gave him much satisfaction.  He had to practice that for about two weeks prior to his birthday because for age two he held up his index finger and thumb.  He had to really master this three finger thing. Joy and excitement abound in this child.  I can't believe it's been three years already.  I knew it would go by fast but Wow! how time flies!  Happy Birthday my sweet "baby kitty".
