Miss SWOSU

Saturday night was the Miss SWOSU and Miss SWOSU teen pageant. Kelissa had to make an appearance so twelve of the pageant ladies incuding Kelissa and I made the trip to Weatherford. It was a fun evening. We were able to visit Lacey and her mom as well as cheer on Kaeli Carothers who won! She is from Hollis so we were defininely pulling for her. Ashley Wheeler won the teen pageant. Kelissa knows her well too. She competed with Kelissa in the Miss Altus pageant. So they will meet up again in June at the Miss Oklahoma pageant. Yeah Kaeli and Ashley!

Oh my goodness we have been so busy!
Cason went to Stillwater over the past weekend for OSU's homecoming. He stayed in a frat house with a friend. He had a good time but learned that he definitely made the right decision for himself to go to Altus junior college for two years. He made his mother proud last night. The whole family was watching television and wrestling the babies and discussing life in general and from out of nowhere Cason looked at me and said,"Why would ANYONE want to go away to college?" He loves his family and for that I am thankful!!!
Kelissa has had a bout with sinus infection, but her Parlimentary Pro team still made it to STATE! On Nov. 3rd she will be competing for the state title with five other teamates. Her softball team also won State academic achievement. The team's combined score was over a 3.6gpa! yeah!!
Kade's football season ended last night. He had a great last two games. He got 8 tackles last week and 5 this week so he feels like things went pretty well this year, not to mention they were undefeated 9-0!!!!!yeah!!
Chloe and Chi are doing great and becoming quite social. They will be the cutest little MINNIE and MICKEY mouse for Halloween. I will definitely be posting pictures of them soon.
Over fall break we took a quick trip to Amarillo shopping and then another trip to OKC. It was a welcome get away!
We also got to visit my younger brother Gary and his daughter Candra and her son Liam. It was wonderful seeing them even for a short visit.
